3.
Hey Mark, Glad you've been working hard mate, that's what it is all about. Sounds like you are doing really well with Landscapes and building up experience fast, your attitude will take you all the way. The years really do fly with the changing seasons and variety of jobs and sites. Its been a good year for us and hopefully 2014 will bring more of the same. Just waiting to see what kind of a winter we get. Xmas drinks are on the 6th if you fancy joining us? If not maybe we can catch up in the new year. Cheers Dan

4. It amazes me that something as simple as a zip lets these down so badly... Don't think I have ever had zip issues with any other piece of zip equipped clothing!
5. Thanks for the advice mate. Guess I'll get a floor sander, its not too expensive don't know if I trust myself to lift all the boards without breaking them and getting them back as they are meant to be..they are fixed quite well at the moment.
6. I like this Beech and think it is great in its current location with a high amenity value.... Shame if it has to be felled but maybe could be retained with a proper health care plan put in place by someone knowledgeable....
7. Possible? Or waste of time?? Being a bit tight to hire a floor sander... Any sanding disc recommendations? Or should I stick to a belt sander/planer? Have all of the above and would rather not hire a machine if I don't have too
8. Congratulations Mate! Plenty of good times ahead!

13. Glad you are alright Andy, takes something like this to realise where the gaps in your preparedness are. But is also shows how some of the basic preparations can make such an important difference. First aid kit, mobile phone, knowledge of appropriate action to take. Iknow of something similar happening but the object was a small piece of wire which punctured the heart of the operator and caused some really serious health issues. As a side note to climbers I would recommend checking your systems allows for a controlled one handed descent before you need it. It could make a big difference. One big plus for lockjack users. Anyway sorry for derail.
