8. Cut and climb or stein seem to work quite well ... Army surplus goretex trousers keep the belows dry pretty well ...

19.
Hey Mark, Glad you've been working hard mate, that's what it is all about. Sounds like you are doing really well with Landscapes and building up experience fast, your attitude will take you all the way. The years really do fly with the changing seasons and variety of jobs and sites. Its been a good year for us and hopefully 2014 will bring more of the same. Just waiting to see what kind of a winter we get. Xmas drinks are on the 6th if you fancy joining us? If not maybe we can catch up in the new year. Cheers Dan

20. It amazes me that something as simple as a zip lets these down so badly... Don't think I have ever had zip issues with any other piece of zip equipped clothing!
21. Thanks for the advice mate. Guess I'll get a floor sander, its not too expensive don't know if I trust myself to lift all the boards without breaking them and getting them back as they are meant to be..they are fixed quite well at the moment.
22. I like this Beech and think it is great in its current location with a high amenity value.... Shame if it has to be felled but maybe could be retained with a proper health care plan put in place by someone knowledgeable....
23. Possible? Or waste of time?? Being a bit tight to hire a floor sander... Any sanding disc recommendations? Or should I stick to a belt sander/planer? Have all of the above and would rather not hire a machine if I don't have too
24. Congratulations Mate! Plenty of good times ahead!
