Had stuff to do up I Inverness and noted that many of the roadside softwoods alongside the top end of the A9 have the lower foliage right brown. As in, they are dying! Have my doubts that they have been affected by saltspray off of the road and it doesn't look like wind chill so curious as to what could cause it? Unfortunately, I didn't have the presence of mind to stop and photograph and it is a bloody dangerous practice too. Any members in the region?

My day started well, I had a pulse! The restaurant is in chaos and my local chap is running late so dayis going downhill pdq! Car needs fuel, washer fluid and adblue too.

Morning folks. Awake too early on a Sunday, but I get a tea in a mo and use Google to have a search about for a new toy car. After a light breakfast, I'll go for a Sunday drive - Retford to Inverness, at 60mph. Iron, Napper, Cypress.

No clues from reading the ops manual? They started using the same Wurth unit as we do but configured differently. DTMI codes are stored in the root menu!

To be honest, I wouldn't be surprised if the requirements were written down before prisons had been built and they probably never considered that a common criminal would even have the vote let alone get voted in!

Morning All, late start hear as someone coming to change towbar electrics on new truck. Then factory and iff to collect something from the factory. Honour, Count.

The new Ranger is really quite good! V6 power, loads of driver aids which are taking some getting used to. Passed 2k miles in two weeks and it gets better mpg than the 3.2! Seems higher and wider than the old one and so quiet too! The dash is quite trick with it telling you the speed limit in a commercial vehicle standard and not the car speed in sat nav! Will report more as time goes by but so far, I'm impressed!

Still in bed! She gone for the tea. Tom tells me that the racing at Santa Pod is binned but the 2000hp dragster still has to do street cruise! Pitt, Bolt, Hairier. Not sure about today, cannot make it out but answer are true!

Simply put, they cannot afford to keep trading! This is a very odd industry (tree work), a tree bloke is clothed in the best part of a grands worth of kit, a chipper can be £30/40K, a truck another £50k, the cost of training and retraining, insurance, tools to carry out the work etc yet is under valued by the public and those wanting the work. A plumber will get £50k a year and wears a pair of £30 Scruffs.......
