  1. I'm 46 and a stiffy in the morning just stops you from rolling out of bed thats all.
  2. I'm sorry, if I was the judge, I would have peed laughing and told him to shut the door on the way out! How much has this man's stupidity cost the taxpayer. A buffoon like that should pay for his own mistakes imo.
  3. Quite right Mike. With blades, it is best to stay original.
  4. Lister LPA3 is a water cooled 3 pot diesel of about 25hp. If you have to replace with a new Kohler, get a bigger one like a 35hp V twin.
  5. Blimey, that's an overhang. Nice one tho with the hot bucket as well. Do you have to move the front lights/indicators forward too?
  6. I would think that pto driven rack benches are as rare as hens teeth now. Ask about for an old WoodMizer or some such, they would be far more productive than a circular blade.
  7. Gristwood and Toms had a load of old saws in their stairwell. Try asking for Dave Gristwood or Andy Toms.
  8. I am firmly in the mindset that only the elderly should get benefits - they will have worked for it and put into the system. The single mums, chavs, fraudsters, unemployable, waistrels etc should get nowt from the state. Their life would be enhanced if their extended families had to pay for it - perhaps they might learn respect and honour then. They are not "needy" they are spongers that this state cannot afford to keep feeding if the don't put into the system.
  9. Oh Boy! A real Ostrich in the ranks. Did you realise that with the general voting apathy amongst "white middle (and lower) class majority, there are currently enough muslims on this island to get a majority and then impose Sharia Law! I am not a bigot in any way - but unfotunately - the majority of the possible voters don't like politicians and are too uneducated and disrepectful of the common good that they do not or will not vote because they cannot be arsed! I think that every person on the electoral register should be fined for not voting or spoiling a vote.
  10. Martin Mills of Stump N Grind used a GreenMech version of the 450 and did a 15foot stool one day including taking the arisings away. Help slept well that night mind!.
  11. Hey Tom,

Hazel has a caravan near StAustell that she and her husband visit thro the summer! Good old girl likes to put forward the message where ever she is - so watch out all you cornish boys , you'll get a green injection if she catches you!.

    Regards

  12. Leek and potato soup (home made) and a chunk of bread. Neck Fillets of Lamb tonight tho.
  13. Go for the GreenMech:sneaky2:
  14. I'm on that learning curve this weekend, I've stripped the Jag IRS out of my Hot Rod to clean and rebuild with some new parts here and there which isn't difficult, but I've also got to strip and rebuild this Holley carb which is new territory for me. Never done a carb before and the original builder told me that to get it right took him a fortnight when he made the car. If you want to know how it works - take it to peices!
  15. Great music, great film. Should have stopped at one film thou, lost its appeal without John Belushi and "playing" to the audience. After I first saw it I went out an got a copy of Booker T and the MGs - ace.
  16. One a mob handed back garden job some years ago, I gave the four boys their instructions and the house owner asked me if he could have a laugh. He then preceded to shout and scream at one lad cutting down some self set Ash saplings that they were to stay for sentimental reasons, he screamed that he was felling the wrong trees and that those specimen trees had been planted by his now dead dad.......
  17. Asked a guy to go to the shop for a pint of pigeons milk! If I see Mac or Jason at GreenMech messing with the wiring on a chipper, I wait for the critical moment then shout BANG! I was once taking a load of people out in a Minibus (APF at Dalby Forest), on the way home one fell asleep, the others asked me to brake sharply when they started to scream. I did and the result from the sleeper was hilarious, tho he did have a sense of humour failure! Showed my lad a ciruit tester and told him not to touch the two prongs together, then grabbed his wrists and started to point the prongs at his legs - I'm a right get, I couldn't stop laughing.
  18. Totally bizarre indeed. I would of thought that heart surgery was critical however it is controlled or undertaken, fair play for placing your business elsewhere.
  19. Sorry to hear itm David, hope Justin does you a bargain.
  20. Will Stevie Blair get to 12k by the end of the day:sneaky2:
  21. Give Tony Saunders a ring from Homegrown Timber. His mobile is 07774 447956, runs a big outfit at Crawley. Say "Hi" from me if you get hold of him. (Peter Bagguley from GreenMech)
  22. Thanks:blushing:I'll pass on the message to Mac and Jason.
  23. A mates wife went on a girls night out. Back home at 4am, reeking of booze. No problem, she's goner have the hangover. He went outside to check the car for dents - he walked around it and found it dent free. But then he noticed...............
  24. Sorry to hear you suffered from an all too frequent occurance. A mate had his Disco done in Sainsbury's car park! I did hear of a high end motor dealer had a load done overnight on the fore court. Madness! Why does decent society have to endure this behaviour? Why do the metal recycling people take these cats when they know that they are from an unreliable source?
