  1. Aye, it would be better if they were smoking decent Morroccan. Far less intrusive to everyone. If you drive into Walker, in Newcastle, the car ends up stinking of weed just by using its vents. But, there are medical cannabis users, who are allowed to smoke what they want. So be tolerant.
  2. Greens won't win next election, Reform will get it, most likely. I reckon Greens will do better than expected, though.
  3. Zack Polanski condemns weaponisation of Manchester terror attack WWW.THECANARY.CO Zack Polanski said it's "problematic if someone is trying to weaponise" the Manchester attack to "silence protest against the genocide"
  4. Drug decriminalisation in Portugal: setting the record straight. | Transform TRANSFORMDRUGS.ORG Cannabis Taxation: Lessons Learned from U.S. States and a Blueprint for Nationwide Cannabis Tax Policy TAXFOUNDATION.ORG Marijuana taxation is one of the hottest policy issues in the United States. Twenty-one states have implemented legislation to legalize and tax recreational marijuana sales.
  5. Bit early in the day for that kind of talk. It's possible we weave the fabric of the universe ourselves.
  6. I hold the pair of them in equal contempt.
  7. I watched all of that. He's a pure grifter. There is nothing sincere in his delivery.
  8. Ok, can somebody please explain something to me. How is this a terrorist attack? Which terrorist group did he belong to? Who is their leader? What is their aim/ideology? What other terrorist attacks has this terrorist group carried out?

  10. Perhaps. Even though they are trained, it's still quite rare for a copper to fatally shoot someone in the UK: England and Wales fatal police shootings 2024| Statista WWW.STATISTA.COM In 2023/24, the police in England and Wales fatally shot two people, compared with three in the previous reporting year, and six in 2016/17.
  11. Well, that's a bit of a daft question. He was dangerous to the people he had stabbed and seemingly intended to stab. Or am I missing your point?
  12. The copper shot the person who had been stabbing people at the synagogue. The guy who had stabbed people was dangerous.
  13. That's probably standard. It seems to pretty clear that the person shot was the one who was dangerous. It's probably not a bad thing for the copper to have some time off after having to deal with that situation.
  14. I'm really not bothered who the nutcase is, or where he came from. I'm almost glad we won't be paying 50K a year to keep him in jail. Which makes me question my humanity.
  15. At least the taxpayer won't be paying for his jail.
  16. Work or starve is indeed the only choice. Which didn't really help them when they couldn't string a coherent sentence together. But please, let's not go too far into the COVID thing here. I think It's important that we recognise that we need to look out for one another. And that going to the quacks should be the norm, rather than the exception.
  17. That's not right. I know, personally, two people who were pretty much scuppered by COVID brain fog. Both of whom are now back firing on all cylinders, and back to writing. Men are generally shit about talking about their mental, and physical health. Having lost a good mate to suicide in the recent years, it has made me a little bit more empathetic towards my fellow man.

  19. To be honest, I'd rather not talk about it at all, as it's vile. But some things need to be said.
  20. You're right, this subject has been discussed multiple times on this forum. None of this online talk will help the victims in any way. So why keep bringing it up?
  21. Sorry, I didn't realise you actively worked in that sector, it's been going on for years, has it not? That must be taxing finding the time to help people, given your day job. Well done for that.
  22. Why don't you stop exploiting the trauma of young lasses to further your agenda? It is widely accepted that there is a problem with Asian, and also white nonces, grooming kids. I am happy that the vile creature got 35 years and I hope he has shite time inside. But either make a point about the horror of what his victims went through, or a thing of the fact its another asian rapist. Don't conflate the two.
