  2. Of sorts, I just like the the tone. More blues orientated than anything else. and +1 for elexirs.
  3. Given what's known about Epstein and his friends, it's not beyond the realms of possibilty that he had extremely compromising footage of very prominent figures. I think he's still alive and living on an island somewhere. His lass will be joining him soon, if she hasn't already done so. Tinfoil hat perhaps, but the whole thing is so bizarre that it really wouldn't surprise me.
  4. On my CS38 I clipped my strop onto my hoodie, not the D rings as I thought. Launched the mainline a bit higher, clipped back in then noticed. The assessor didn't see it.
  5. I use 10 on the tele and the strat. Haven't found the sweet spot on the 335 yet, but have been favouring flat wound 12s.
  6. Paco is an alien:
  7. SRV swapped from guage 13 to 11s when he quit cocaine. Clearly 13's here.

  13. Aye, but there has to be a line. I might well have crossed one as I had no idea who he was, and plenty of people did. I think that's testament to the the fact I can be crass. But mostly it's testament to the fact that the organisations that run social media (not you Steve) have us in their sights. Why would I even know of the existence of Charlie Kirk? His content doesn't show up on a libtard's playlist. This is the problem. We all have common ground. We should use it.
  14. Yup, it's clear that the immigration system isn't working. Once that's sorted, what do you think would benefit society? Wealth tax on the wealthy to recoup some funds? Or just be happy there are no more boats?
  15. Aye, and they're being put up in knackered hotels in Newcastle. Perhaps when applications are sorted there will be one or two. Perhaps not. Stop trying to push a narrative for the sake of it. Everyone is fed up with the shabbyiness of the immigration system in the UK. Bitching about it isn't going to help.
  16. I'm deaf as a post. In my early twenties I wanted to create an actual "Babel Fish", but the tech wasn't there. I had never thought about using it to communicate with non-humans. I don't need to tallk to my dog, but it would be cool to be able to tell my cat she was either, mint, or being a dick.
  17. I concur. The problem extrapolates when the owners of the AI own the health insurance industry too. Surveillance and asset management companies like Blackrock and Palantir (see Wes Streeting, Vance, Musk, Thiel, Mandelson, Farage etc..), do not consider our collective health as anything other than a metric. Which worries me a bit. Not as much as it would if I had kids. I'm close to 50, have a fit lass, make decent money, good dog and mean eyed cat, so I'm happy. I do worry for my sister's kids though, as I don't see anything getting better anytime soon.
  18. Rightly so that you care about your offspring and their futures. I probably know a little bit more about how the education system works, in Scotland and beyond, but I'm happy to be corrected. Can you point out where my ignorance of the Scottish system shines through, and put me right, please? It's cheaper to train a doctor than it is to retain a good one. Clever scientists come up with good ideas. The last thing we should be doing is discouraging intelligence. We need more doctors in the NHS. I don't mind dodging a bit less tax to pay the bills.
  19. They could have gone to university in Scotland, where you live, where there are no fees. Plus, you can probably afford to cover their university fees until they start earning money. Unless you think it should be up to the state to provide degree level education to those who are suited to it? I have seen loads of doctors from all parts of the world, and their unifying factor is that they want to help you get better. NHS is in a bad way, more doctors get a thumbs up from me.
