Dark too early ,, cold ,, dank , apart from that theres always the bonus of Christmas loads of family & friends around ,, consume too much drink & food as for the rest wake up each day & open the curtains and see whats happened

your welcome matey any time you need & we can help back on here after a manic time at work + doing the training school got lots of new pics & news to follow the centre is going to offer stuff we all need not just vocational skills & not just in the conventional style the building is ,,, even if I do say so myself FECKIN brilliant contracting has taken its toll this year the first half was without question the hardest I have ever experienced.. maybe because we have a capacity that is beyond that which I setup with 10years ago last recession anyway I dnt seem to have enough hours in the day at the moment But its good to be back on here ,, some of the same old issues but in fairness to Bully lots of the same old positives too looking forward to the xmas fund raiser lets support those kids guys

looks like a new ish property therefore an Arb implication study & a Bs5837 should have been undertaken ,, check with planning dept also check with building control as they have likely called for deeper foundations & possibly a root barrier to mitigate any influence this is general advise not specific but checks that can be easily made trees do on occasion cause physical issues as they contact dwellings / structures built environment however the major issue arrises through their uptake or not of mositure as they uptake fluid & minerals through their normal life cycle ,, premature removals can in circumstances cause heave the opposite effect of subsidence I would suggest you do some home work & seek local qualified guidance rgds iain
