  1. puwer when you mention the review, I believe it should look at the course duration spread of days ie: workshop, thery & practical saw time. the ratio of candidates to trainer ?
  2. a big shot & throw line for the big stuff
  3. nutty the instructors arent from nptc, usually lantra, however not employed directly they are independant external people that have undergone & met training schedule & standards, although many assessors also train but work for the two different bodies !!! they will all have different styles of instruction, but the course content should be the same.
  4. have you got sorted if not pm me, yr address & what you want, Cant say they are perfect as you maay need to add for your business service profile but not shabby either
  5. Steve I can send you via email do you have word on your pc have got loads of paperwork stuff !!¬
  6. Thanks for being clear , So Just to clarify a little further then Who was the body that assisted with ' Choose An Arborist ' The AA perhaps !! Iso 9001 & 14001 also look at business & its infrastructure. We could join trustmark via Association of Professional Landscapers run by the HTA but hey maybe thats cheating. quite franckly I appluade you for the attempt to promote good Arb practitioners Sadly their are many Excellent companys who wont or cant join the AA so people wont find them
  7. 'All of them' Coz I hate stackin n mashin
  8. yep just had the starter spring go on one of our 220t Nuts .......
  9. has anyone done or thought of doing !!! 9001, 14001
  10. had an issue the other day a a web site http://www.tree-care.info/findanarb they wont list us with the rfs, but will if you have the isa & aa certs why I hear you ask apparantly with the Rfs there is no requirement to update to stay current b**locks imo it seems to me that anyone who is dedicated enough to go through the study required to pass the theory & practical application to get the suite of certs aint the kind of person who is in this industry overnight !!! personally i beleive the rfs to be a damn good test of your practical & theoretical knowledge & therefore competance to operate Although the RFs would be boosted if they assess business policy & practise Too
  11. the card isnt the qual its the peice of paper you have do some photo copys on your scanner for the price of a piece of paper Way cheaper !!!!
  12. http://lle.org.uk/ give Lee a ring he'll sort you out
  13. Killed 6 pops 2day, 12 more to go!!!! Had a full on thunder & lightning show for our dinner break !!
