  1. just had a measure..... im 6ft 2, how tall are you rich, you usually make me feel short
  2. 6ft 2 or there abouts and just under 15st, dont really strugle with reductions, its all technique and thinking light
  3. alex took a couple with his camera as well today, which will be better than my sweaty mobile phone pics. we will definately take heaps of photos when we rec climb it all is good ross, saving my pennies for nz in december

  5. big turkey oak, throwline is 55m and both ends ended up about 8ft off the ground, i reckon theres at least 20ft of tree above where i threw to. going back to climb it properly as we were only working on a branch about 6m from the ground edit, the anchor point for pic 4, wasnt the anchor point from the throw, as neither of us had a rope long enough

  8. clarke jacket seems very good so far, yet to give it a full winter but reckon it will perform well stein jacket was good for a couple of seriously wet days but that was it, probably be drier wearing a seive the old sip jackets were good, but certainly made you sweat

  20. haha yeah black is a nightmare, i didnt bother marking it out, just measured when i needed to for the cover
  21. this mornings splice whilst waiting to go for a fry
  22. stitching the crossover of the 2nd one really helped mate my hands are sore now
  23. another ropeguide, this time with wire inserted into the large eye(thanks hadleigh) climbed on it last week and it retrieves nicely
  24. top 1 is my first attempt, the eye is a little baggy 2nd attempt much better. why i chose to learn double braid splices on old tachyon il never know
