    Urgent!

Id rather have an air rifle than an SA80. At least the french Fmas can go more than 3 rounds without jamming, or the mag falling out...
  2. Bother. I got so excited there. I thought she meant these -
  3. The Factory is on my doorstep in Bangor. Most excellent engineering.

Very similar to yourself. I was 11 at the time.

    felling wedges

They were originally sold with two rings, until someone cottoned on to how many wooden bits theyd sell if they only had one ring on. Mine last years with two rings on:151:
  6. House prices are rising still here. I think we are in an economic slowdown, not a full blown recession. An established business or should be able to ride it out providing they're sensible.
  7. I have a couple of these. Must dig them out, not seen them in a while. Proper tool for the job though. Mine has a seperate resevoir / pump. http://www.baileysonline.com/prod_images/SC_J45_L.jpg

Interesting. My father fell out of an Ash tree dismantle, 35ft onto rock. Punctured both lungs, smashed ribcage, broken arm, burst spleen, fractured skull. lost 6 pints of blood internally. The stress of his accident gave him a nervous breakdown. He was back at work 6 weeks later, but it took him about 18 months to get through the depression. How old were you when your father had his accident?
  9. Same here please.

And always use 2 aluminium rings. (on the wedge)
  12. How much can you do me one for Jonsie?
  13. Ditto. My strops wear out before they get cut... I always put my lifeline by my knees aswell, but I choke it back on itself.
  14. Ha! That S75 dodge is worth a fortune now. You wont see one change hands for less than £5k nowadays. I sold mine and deeply regreted it. Now I have another with an access platform. And yes, you need an O licence for anything over 3.5 tonnes.
  15. Ahh. just proves how thick I am. DOH!
  16. No ticket numbers for me either?
  17. Think I'll order one this week. If it has the Coats seal of approval, its good enough for me...
  18. My honest opinion is that the gravity feed version with the 38 kohler would be an awsome little chipper. Ive used the JoBeau with 24hp and it works very well. Diesel and Hydraulic feed are offered because so many people will want them. It would be very easy to make it so the chipper could be removed and wheeled away - possibly with a little swing lift crane.
  19. fill the head of the bolt with weld. Guaranteed not to get any mush in them then.

    Forum Meets ?

    Norway sounds cool.
  21. Also, try use the search facility, as a lot of questions are repeated. Welcome to Arbtalk...
  22. Pete's very perceptive... I think a 2.5 - 2.8 tonner would be essential, as thats what a lot of pickups are restricted to. The chipper spec would be as follows - Choice of 38 hp Kohler command, or 35hp turbo diesel. 8 inch by 12 inch capacity. choice of gravity feed like the Jo Beau, or twin roller hydraulic feed. Chipper would have the option of being turntable mounted so you can feed from either side.
  23. Lee, that one is designed to run at 2 tonne gross. Its very simple, needing no tipper mechanism, and is only 5 ft wide. I have plans for a 3.5 tonne combo aswell. Depending on how things go, I will be showing one soon. What do you think I should price them at?
