  1. Thanks Steve, appreciate the new forum. Feel free to start your own threads guys, its better than having one massive long thread where discussion gets lost.
  2. We've just bought the same car, 115 redeye. Is yours the quattro version?
  3. The VR6 would cane a GTE Manta, but not the group B 400 version I posted a pic of...

Ditto. My freezer is full of completely hand reared Beef, Pork and lamb. We pay £10 for a free range chicken when we want it. We are going into rearing our own pigs and lamb this spring.

The ironic thing was that Ghandi was so against a union with the Muslims, it led to the partition of India and over a million dead. His opinoin does'nt count, and in a thread specifically protesting about this government proposal, neither does yours. No offence intended, but you evidently dont have a clue what your talking about. Rabbits and other vermin are a severe problem in this country, and if their numbers are not kept down, they start getting infected with mixamatosis - a particularly unpleasant way for mr Bunny to die.
  12. Good points Rob. I have to say, I have never given away a scrap of woodchip. Tell people its free, and they dont want it. Charge £10 a cube, and you cant sell enough. I stockpile my arb chip and let it rot down, and in the spring put an add in the local paper - 'forest mulch - free delivery' Never fails to raise a pile of cash
  13. A snood! (hood + Scarf)
  14. 1174 I think.
  15. And these were very cool, Rover SD1 Vitesse, small block V8, auto, rear wheel drive -
  16. These were always a better muscle car than the Capri-
  17. As ever Mark, wonderfull pictures on your website.
  18. Hahaha... fat american... I've worked in -17c in germany and sweden. The only thing I would consider wearing is a helly hansen thermal microfleece undersuit. Its thin enouh to not be a pain whilst climbing, but good enough for -30c. A good mountaineering shop should be able to kit you out properly, get top quality thermal socks and gloves, to keep your extremity's warm, also a fleece snood to wear under your helmet. You know its cold when your climbing line feels like an old wire rope!
  19. Congratulations to all winners, Big thanks to steve and particularly all the generous sponsors.
  20. No the 3.0.
  21. Depends on what age the truck is, new or secondhand? All the later vario's were fitted with a common rail EDC engine.
  22. ohhh nice one. I love Grand designs. Makes me feel all hot and jealous inside.
  23. In my opinion, they are the best 7.5 tonner available. Absolutely fantastic machines. This is my third.
  24. :D
  25. Its a big boys toys thing, combined with the Fact that tree surgeons are scared of getting O licences and HGV tickets. I run a Nissan Patrol, Mercedes Vario 7.5 tonne chip truck, Dodge S75 4x4 platform truck, and a 26 tonne double drive 6 wheeler grab truck.
