  1. Leaving the roots will be fine, but if they are easy to remove it will help replanting.

  3. Aphid. Treatment could help, only if you could turn the clock back. Pull out and replant.

  5. But if you want a galv chassis for a grand(like Matts Dad), its very good economy! Mine has been done near 5 years now and had an endoscope inside it last MOT, and still no signs of rot. I'd do it again:thumbup:

  7. Too right Dave, good to see you on here again too:thumbup1: .
  8. That speaks volumes Bob, and is the main reason I have not gone to the show this year. There was massive hype about it two years ago, with an "iminant" release promised. The only thing that has changed in two years(oh yeh, they will say it was to improve the performance, blah, blah, blah) is that people can have a play with it:001_rolleyes: Just glad I have a shelf full of 200's:thumbup:
  9. I think this thread is de ja vu, in fact exactly the same as two years ago when the last apf was on:sneaky2: Huskys release dates are a joke:thumbdown: If this saw IS released in October, I'll...... well, I'll go to the foot of our stairs:001_rolleyes:
  10. Marsland are probably the best quality, but there isnt much between any of them pricewise. At a stab, I'd say nearer £1400 plus the dreaded. Another way would be to do as I did, buy a solid second hand one, shot blast, then galv. Think mine came out £200 for chassis, £100 to blast it and £200 to galv.
  11. Ok, nice one. Was just curious, as you should be taught and assessed on this. Just make sure you've got someone with you when you're trying stuff out, that is someone who could rescue you if you smacked your noggin or something!
  12. Cheers for that, Ive been looking at getting some for mine but heard some of the britpart ones either wont fold, or fold when driving. Bearmach are supposed to be bringing some out but are a long time coming!
  13. You'll get 6 fill ups out of a gallon. Mine struggles to go over 30 minutes with strimmer head, a little longer with a blade.
  14. Just curious, how you getting on with the long arm mirrors? What make are they?
  15. Very smart and well kitted out. Just curious, what does it weigh?
  16. To be honest, I'm not doubting the troubles you know of, but I cant understand a manufacturer behaving in this way. Surely, sending known faulty units to "the bottom of the world" would be the last thing they would want to do, mainly due to the costs and logistical implications of replecing parts?
  17. Ah, you didnt say it was a camping holiday on offer Johnny, how much do you want?
  18. Thats a good deal for someone with a burner. After all, some of the tree blokes out there would charge to take that away!
  19. I think that tells the whole story, you CANNOT work for 220 a day. Tescos would be a good option. There really is no point hammering on with something that will end you up with nothing.
  20. But its still the right way up?
  21. You think its been photo shopped Peter?
