  2. Not sure, why don't you make one and tell us how it goes?
  3. Did you see this? [ame] [/ame]
  4. You can probably throw any axe really, but like mark said it will be a lot harder. The key is standing at the right distance from the target. I watched a number of interesting techniques at our past event, none seemed particularly better than the other really.
  5. Nice thing to put your name to Barrie, well done

  12. stretching is the most important thing, unfortunately its about the most boring thing to do as well. If I keep up with my stretches for a good 20+ minutes a night I have very few problems. Like always though as soon as i'm back feeling good again I let the stretches lapse.
  13. Not justified at all. If the authority had put the job out there and specified it had to be done from a mewp then it might be a different story
  14. Hope you told him there's no such thing as mates rates during storms
  15. bit early? not supposed to be hitting us till 2am
  16. If people got off their backsides and listed their stuff on arbsafe people like you could find these saws at such sites and sneakily search the serials numbers there and then and know for sure
  17. Just been reading the weather report, don't know how i missed it. As usual here in Suffolk we won't be taking the brunt of it but 50mph winds forecast so still enough to do damage.
  18. That's surely all the more reason to use srt. I've always though yew was a perfect srt scenario which is why I'm curious to the above
  19. So what was the outcome on this in the end anyway?
