  1. No, but if you were clever you could tie that overnight stay in with some sort of business convention as an example
  2. Theres not much that does attack redwood is there?
  3. excellent, thanks for sharing. Just out of curiosity, did you go about getting the necessary licenses to fly the drone in that built up area or did you just wing it? I'd have gone with the latter option personally
  4. Shall look forward to quietly reading and failing to understand again Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
  5. I prefer curved. Not sure if theres any scientific reason behind that. It just seems to cut better on the pull...more purchase
  6. tried most of them at some point or other, including different brands...samurai, ARS, cutting edge. my weapon of choice is still the zubat 300 though
  7. Is this your footage? Not surprised you got it stuck in a tree if so
  8. Why not offer a local tree surgeon your services. He gets your drone, you meet him on site one day for a couple hours and shoot some raw footage for him. Everyones happy.
  9. must be true then!!! whens this actual election then?
  10. That rope would not be suitable, for starters it will be below the required strength. 8mm rope is supposed to be used in pairs. You will need to be looking at something 11mm really. 10.5mm at a push. I climbed with 10.5mm rock rope for a while with a mechanical ascender. I would not advise using a prussik rope on a nylon rope really.
  11. Thats interesting information. Came across a fully laden fig tree a few weeks back and made a proper pig of myself on the ripe fruit. If there were dead wasps inside they sure tasted good!
  12. Looks a smart set up, doesn't look like it makes it easy to advance Ddrt to set your final TIP though.
  13. Yeah not 100% sure if its legit. Seems a massive balls up if it is. It was on facebook though so it must be true
  14. Apparently this is what happens if you accidentally leave one in your pocket and it goes through the tumble drier
  15. Always nice when the customer brings out bacon sarnies
  16. What, and share my meat????? Save
