  14. My first pair of spikes used to cripple me and I wore them for about 7 years. switching to geckos was one of the best things i ever did. Anything will do the job, but get the best you can. Spiking puts all sorts of unseen wear on your joints(knees and hips) so its worth investing in something that works best for you.

  19. I'd say yes, and you'll sweat less too! Only down side is some people have problems with ear infections when using them. I've been using them some 10 years or so now though and never had a single issue Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
