  2. i hate that pain caused by ear muffs against glasses. i use ear plugs now, and dont think id bother with glasses if i wore muffs

  4. have you put the velocity sheath over the webbing and just heat shrunk it on? looks very neat! post a pic in a couple weeks time, see how it holds up!

  12. alex, thanks for starting this thread here rather than letting treepics get sidetracked! IMO the issue of using saws one handed shouldnt be concerned with a blanket statement saying not to....rather looking at protocols to follow if using. ie body positioning, arm placements etc.
  13. alex....some of the photos i have posted, the saw is still in the kerf and im pushing the log off with 1 hand...not necessarily one handing at all....not that im claiming i dont for a second!

  16. i seem to recall reading in a book that if you were going to plant above any pipes to plant directly on top rather than to the side. not my field though really, im sure someone will pipe up on this soon! scuse the unintentional pun!
