  1. indeed, and it would be nicer if people added some substance to their criticisms instead of name calling.

  3. organic is the buzz word of the 21st century mate, go with it
  4. ive always fancied a go at that......i threatened to enter a regular climbing comp for 8 years and finally did just last year....so perhaps 8 years from now!
  5. yep and that was not his fault neither, i'll close this one if theres anymore antagonism, sorry guys
  6. funny you say that, we just had ours welded up in the same place today
  7. 341 was on offer...no doubt 361 would be a better saw but if you're looking for a realistic comparison with the 357 i think 341 would be fairer
  8. thats what i have and it rips......you'll need 64 drive links on the chain too...i think. 2 more than what it says on the bar anyhow
  9. the nearest to a husky 357 IMO is a stihl 341 but ditch the stock chain, change it for .325 pitch.
  10. thie thread has nothing to do with morals and is full of little digs between people who obviously dont have much time for each other, i think squisher was bang on to be fair

  12. i agree good for you if you can afford it mate
  13. its up to jamie if he can bo bothered with it? im not hugely fussed about having a spliced eye on it in all honesty but if he wants to play!
  14. im not sure why people would want ads blocked anyway on a site such as this....they are as much useful links as they are adverts!
  15. well you must have missed out on the free chainsaw trousers being given away for free last week to all members then???
  16. just spoken to Alex Whyte of Timberwolf and due to the amount of interest the prize draw is getting hes chucked in an extra knife. so 2 knives to go!
  17. wondered the same myself, they look pretty cool......cant be no different to motorcycle helmets being sprayed. welcome to the forum
  18. problem going self employed after only 7 months is your climbing speed is likely to be a liability. now if you were on the books for a company it wouldnt be an issue as you would be an investment. course, only you know what you're capable of! my advice for now is choose a figure that you can live on till you get to the stage where you can start commanding a more reasonable sum
  19. thats what i like about this forum, good unbiased advice:icon14:
