I have a spare set of wheels with Winter tyres sat in the garage for last 2 winters collecting spider web's , last winter's cold prediction was spot on again ....had one month of from cutting grass .

It's alright gents, all you log sellers will be fine as I sold my winter wheels and tyres in early February when I decided the space and £100 were worth more than their company.

 

As such it is guaranteed to be brass monkeys, snowy and generally Arctic from about November to March this winter.

Seen the TV ads for winter tyres? Just the thing you need for the sort tof winters we've been having! Obviously they want to sell more products, but could part of it be a deliberate attempt at irony?

Mmmm freezing last winter wasn't it:001_rolleyes: Think most of our summer annuals saw it through that winter cos it weren't that cold:sneaky2::lol:

 

We grit in the winter and go out if the temp is going to get below 2 degrees at any point. Only did it 17 times across the whole season.

Same here and was a bad year for making money last season
