Random question re disabled parking

I'm not 100% sure of this,I'll have to do some research but,I think that (if it is an advisory bay,sometimes called a courtesy bay) then it's non enforcable & anyone can use it.Blue badge holder or not.So your elderly residents could park there.

Is it just a painted marking on the road or is there an accompanying sign on a pole/wall?Can you post a google street view link?

I think the video idea is best. Get him arriving and parking then let him go inside. Then get a genuine disabled person to "turn up" and fill the disabled bay legitimately. Video him coming out in. Full health ranting. Have a group to reason with him. If he is going to keep it up the council will be informed with the eyewitness (video) evidence.

 

If he behaves leave it at that. If not pursue the slower council route!
