We are advised it is still under investigation, presumed with the HSE. That will need to conclude before we can investigate.

Just a view Paul, but prevarication and delay tends to give rise to certain questions of credibility and "will" (for whatever reason) of the AA to investigate a mayor sponsor.

 

AA investigation can't run concurrently to HSE why? How are they mutually exclusive? Different ToRs and potential outcomes.

 

The video highlights some obvious shortcomings clearly apparent to any casual observer.

 

If it were a different (smaller) AAAC, would they still be holding accreditation and waiting AA investigation?

They are definately on my list of dodgy fells - lots of butt rot , heavy fluting at base of trunk , poorly anchored crown growth, brittle branches etc K

 

( Did four 70-90 footers n nerly soiled oneself on the last rotten hinge I had to use ;) )
