Water or stella?

😂😂😂

I love a beer after work, but realised years ago it's best not to overcook it or you end up peeing road tar.

Those first ones that take the dust off are the best ones anyway.

Later on I'm rehydrating and tucking into nag pie.

Haven't had a single piss today, probably only drank around 3l. Not was 34.2 degrees at one point where we were working, ridiculous. Don't know how people manage in places like Australia

It's not worth it, skipped today as other times I've worked in this heat I've got massive migraines no matter how much I've drunk. Health comes first!

Glad I was fencing today then! Got sunburnt on the backs of me legs so asked the customer if she had any sun cream. She went inside to get it and I was looking forward to a slippery rub, but then she just sprayed it on! Posh stuff

I worked briefly in Oz & the regimented water consumption is the reason they function. On a hot day, they drink 1l an hour, every hour.

Biggest learning curve for me was making sure I was hydrated before I went to work.

When I get up on a work day, I always make sure I neck a pint of squash before I put the kettle on for my flask. :thumbup1:
