Maybe they're enjoying themselves, maybe that's their idea of a good time and sitting around the piano with their extended family "bonding" bores the tits off them.

Maybe working themselves to an early grave is preferable to playing Boggle with their in laws.

Each to their own, freedom of choice.

 for some reason the scene from About a boy comes to mind when Hugh grant has been made to listen to Marcus sing 'killing me softly' alongside the piano.

Which is easy to say when you've got a few Shillings.

We paid for/insurance Mrs Egg to have an operation a little while back.

If we hadn't got insurance we would still be waiting.

How much is too much money wise?

I'm sure some people would think my household income is too much yet I'm not going on holidays or going out eating in nice restaurants etc.

Who decides how much is too much?

Really :confused1:

What happened to society?

I have friends and family with very different circumstances to myself and I love my country, I want whats good for us all.

I know that 5 years of Corbyn would lead to 15 years of misery for us all. The previous cuts would feel like a spending spree.

There is no magic money tree.

Really???

I think there is a magic money tree but the politicians, particularly the Right, would never have the balls to go back on Thatcher's doings. The dilemma is that the Left also seem impotent at the thought of re kindling L'arbre d'argent.

A really interesting and thought provoking podcast below. It's quite long but well worth a listen.

This is bile that gets spewed out by those who think they are in front.

I'll never be rich, but I'll always have enough to flash most people.

Nonsense I'm afraid Dan.

The jealous card is running short now.

The rich getting richer the poor getting poorer is one of labours and its supporters favourite lines!

So I'll ask again how much is too much?

Labour want everyone to earn £10 an hour so how much should a brain surgeons wages go up by? Should they get a 33% rise as well?
