Or, and im going out on a limb here, maybe since he was part of a massive underground paedophile ring he should be investigated and prosecuted. Better that than victim blaming imo.

Just a thought.

before you start pointing your hate-stick at people try reading things, or someone might start reducing that limb youre on back to a growing point and you dont seem to be properly anchored.

"entirely aside from whatever he did or didnt do and making no judgement on it either way"

seems like they were more eager to take "down a prince" than to have anyone investigated and prosecuted.

"This normal girl from a normal family has taken down a prince. We are so proud of her,"

doesnt sound like "our poor sister got abused and we are finally getting justice for her"

So we will just sweep the victims under the carpet because the family are grabbing all they can get?

(she was 17, Andrew 35, Epstein went on abusing till he was in his 50s and the victims were as young as 11... but sweep that away, ignore that, if the families are out for some retribution)

Strange isn't it. Two mass shootings results in sweeping and immediate changes to UK firearms laws, however the dozen mass casually attacks we have seen in the last decade do nothing to change immigration policy. Its abundantly clear that the people of the UK dont mean anything to this Labour government.

10 casualties, probably 100 lives effected and all Keir can do is voice his concern via twitter. What a pathetic response by an equally pathetic individual.

My sympathy to the victims and their families in the wake of the latest preventable terrorist attack.

The decision to attack innocent civilians whilst on a high speed train is a calculated and evil act. Nowhere to run or hide, limited to zero security before boarding and the knowledge that the emergency services can’t get onboard for a significant period of time.
Sadly men women and children in the UK are not encouraged, trained or in most cases allowed to defend themselves, my youngest daughter uses public transport regularly to get from Aberdeen to Glasgow, it’s always a relief to have her back home in one piece. There is as you alluded to a price in human lives that politicians ( in particular the current uk administration) are willing to pay rather than have the leadership and guts to make changes.
Im grateful to live out in the sticks

What changes would any government need to make to prevent this happening again?

Convenience, and trying to save time, will be the death of us.

It'll probably be the same kind of "time-saving" that we have to endure when fcking around with stupid fcking apps when trying to park. Progress. Simple coins were soooo inconvenient.

I almost wouldn’t have a problem with it if there was a single app, the convenience of being able to extend my parking without running back to the car is also a money saver. Problem is I now have 3 different bloody parking apps on my phone
