So Norway being a non-EU country has a far lower rate of inflation than its neighbouring EU member?

It’s almost as if inflation is not Brexit related. 🤣

Or rather, having a low/lower rate of inflation within Europe is not contingent on being in the EU.

A few of the covid warriors seem to be making a comeback Andy, Brexit Brexit, Brexit 🤷‍♂️It’s like the last couple of years self inflicted pain and madness and the resultant financial catastrophe seem to have been erased from certain memories.

No one’s saying Covid hasn’t been an economic disaster, but Brexit has influenced it as well. The same Government who led us into Brexit is the same lying scum that led us into Covid, or have you forgotten that?

Why would I have forgotten anything 🤷‍♂️. The government didn’t vote for Brexit in case you hadn’t realised, it was we the people who did so in a democratic process. Covid measures implemented by the current government were 100% supported by all parties and as often as not those other parties demanded we go further for longer in all respects regards restrictions and support ie furlough and grants etc etc. The mugs who blindly swallowed and backed the covid bollocks led themselves into that farcical mess.

The same incompetent government that led us through Covid are the same government overseeing and implementing Brexit, some folk are quickly becoming the Skyhucks of the Brexit world.

Norway has far closer ties to the EU than the UK does, or is seeking to have.

Now there’s a true child vaccinating believers name I ain’t heard for a while.
Define government incompetence during covid especially now we can see the measures implemented have had horrendous long term damaging Health, educational, financial, mental health issues etc etc without admitting those from other parties who wanted harsher longer more comprehensive restrictions etc etc would indeed have made matters even worse.

But not in the EU, and the mood of the people seems to indicate they would like less not more ties. Switzerland's inflation is also far below that of many EU members. Close ties yes, but still a distinct separation and like Norway they prosper very well being out of the EU.

I also remember very well that when the terms of Brexit where announced it was reported that it ruffled many a feather within Norwegian Politics due to the favorable conditions the UK got without the ties Norway has to endure.

So two European Countries that are not in the EU that have far lower rates of inflation and are prospering very well being outside of the EU. Something that the Remoaners seem to ignore or are completely oblivious to.

Being in the EU is not a prerequisite to prosperity within Europe.

But there has only been one party in charge of Covid and Brexit, what other parties have suggested/would have done us irrelevant, they where not in charge of the decision making then or now.
