Toilet roll stocks might be safe.

I don't know whether you said that in jest, but toilet roll stocks may not be safe.

Earlier today I was compiling an online shopping order with a major supermarket.

I tried to order 2 packs of four toilet rolls but was denied.

"Maximum one pack per person" was the message.

Bizarrely, I could order as may nine packs as I wanted. (I settled for one)

Rishi Sunak's bill aims to create the UK's first smoke-free generation in a major public health intervention.

I’m anti smoking and have never smoked but I just feel this is nanny state intervention that is totally unnecessary, it’s been said today on the news “ what next “  a ban on excess sugar, a ban on how many units of alcohol you can have 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

Rachel Reeves says crackdown on tax gap will raise £5bn a year for NHS and schools

A sign of things to come 👍

I bet they, like the current clan at the top, don't chase the millionaire doners to all political parties, and the billionaires who pay next to f-all. It'll  be the little man who's targeted once again.

What’s next? Heroin banned? Crystal meth? Alchohol?

I know what you mean though, it’s a tricky subject, the balance between personal freedoms and self harm.

I'm not sure that's right.

I'd say that the local hardman was loosing face in the pub as he'd been chinning people who were softer than he was. He knew that by firing a few shots at the Iranian embassy in Damascus there would be a response, which would allow him to take the heat off his bullying and maybe make him some sort of hero by holding back from chinning the Iranians. He's still slapping his neighbours, but that's not important anymore.

It's a joke.

Alcohol and tobacco are proven killers when you have too much of them but they are good sources of revenue.

I think all drugs should be legal. Self determination should prevail.

If you have a predisposition to psychosis it is probably to wise to avoid chemicals that enhance your brain activity.
