Trevor Williams, the former Bishop of Limerick, had this to say.  "Would you like a pint Marko?"  I'm not trying to detract anything from you but to equate someone like Corbyn, who essentially want to help his fellow man, to a a bunch of gangsters is a bit off.  I realise politics are better known where you live but that's because, unless you're exposed to things, they don't matter.  that's why there's such disparity in the way we all see things.  If you don't see people suffering on a daily basis, why would you try to to stop the suffering?

How do you help the genuinely suffering, without the lazy putting themselves into the same position as the suffering in order to reap the same benefits?

 

The more generous you make the benefit system, the more people suddenly find themselves in need, weird ain't it?

 

As benefits have been cut more and more mysteriously find they are able to work after all..............who knew?

 

I feel sorry for those in genuine need, but how do we get round lazy human nature?

Doen't matter either way right now. The economy is going down the pan, wages here for a climber £150 -£180 a day are the same as they were ten years ago  Selling off public assets and awarding trecherous PFI contracts has surely landed the UK in a muddle.  Something has to give,

10 years ago things  were great! We had estate agents going round the country inflating the value of people homes, those people then remortgaged. So basically they were handing out briefcases of unearned cash. A lot of that cash was pumped into the economy.

 

Its taking sometime for the economy to reset.

I watched it on Adrew Marr this morning Eggs.  It was quite funny, no sooner had he said he would like to see Comrade Corbyn as PM, the light of realisation dawned on him, that apart from a particular quadrant of society, anything that came out of his treacherous, murdering, terrorist, scum bag mouth would be the kiss of death as far as any sane individual was concerned....  

 

Hey-Ho...  Hamas, IRA, PLO.....  Some canny friends the Leader of Her Majesty's Opposition has, not to mention the lunatics in the shadow Cabinet.

Most Conservative voters, work for a living, own their own homes, and wish to pass on some of their carefully and legitimately accrued wealth to their offspring, as opposed to pissing it up against a wall during their lifetimes.

On the other hand the supporters of the leftest politics of greed and envy, wish to grab this accrued wealth, so they can give it to their voters, to piss up against a wall, in exchange for voting Labour.

Simplistically put, but absolutely true.

Why should one not be able to leave legitimately earned and saved and prudently invested wealth to the next generation?

I can perhaps reluctantly accept the case for swingeing death duties way back in the 20's and 30's, to break up the large estates that had been "gifted" by the Crown down through the years, and then handed down within these fortunate families. 

But times have changed.

To add;

I dont ride a horse

I do shout loudly, being used to communicating outdoors in all weathers.

We dont yet own any estates, neither the suburban housing development type, nor indeed, more sadly the proper Country type, but perhaps one of our offspring can leverage these feats off our financial headstart.

We do got proper English Bulldogs though, I suspect wor daughter is going to breed a suitably refined line for the forthcoming Country Estate!
