How smooth does a floor need to be for a pallet truck?

Wanting to squeeze some more IBC crates of logs undercover and have some space at the back of a shed. The floor is concrete but not perfect like you have in warehouses. Wanting to move two crates stacked so around 800 kg. Does the floor need to be perfect? Can whip over any bumps with a diamond grinder but there will be some small dips left. Also crates have a bottom rail so can you just bump the truck in under them or is this a problem?

Any guidance would be great.

Wet logs and crate are around 550 kg but when dry closer to 400 kg max. They will only be going in the shed once they are dried to keep them that way in the winter months.

800kg with pallet truck is easily moved. But it need the right surface. As said, pump-truck don't like bumps, dips or even small stones. The idea of pouring a self levelling surface is a good one, providing the underlying surface is pretty good already and will support the weight.
