Ive no interest in bikes or the iom TT but i saw a video of a couple of bikers tacing in the TT and holy **** they were flying..i had no idea how quick they went.

Respect to anyone racing motorbikes- that takes big balls

I remember watching a documentary on the TT, it centered around one of the Dunlops who reckoned it took five years to learn the circuit. At seventeen minutes long I suppose its like learning eight normal circuits in one go.Its probably why the seasoned pro`s show the kids the way home. Winning the IOM TT is more to do with experience and balls, just balls gets you killed

As Guy Martin says rossi et al don't hang their balls out on a track covered with cowshit and the apex of the corner is marked with a telegraph pole. Serious respect to all road racers.:thumbup1:

I've just been told over the weekend Ian Bell of Ian Bell Motorcycles (Bedlington, Northumberland), was killed last week there, in a side car accident.

His shop's not 10 minutes from me, I bought my last bike off him, but had give it up when the kids (twins), arrived.

RIP Ian.....
