I have got a 10x8 shipping container to move 60 miles.

If I remove the sides of my 7.5 ton Daf can I load the container and then ratchet the container down ?

May sound simple to someone but not sure myself if it'll be legal/dangerous

Iv always strapped them diagonally so top corner one side to bottom of the other side to stop it twisting or sliding about has always worked for me.
