so i just looked up the emissions on a new dmax-194. that means £1200 a year!

 

 

For the first year, £140 per year afterwards. Wouldnt it be about £140 per year under the current system?

Could mean that some new car buyers will switch to buying a car after the first large payment has been made.

I read over the link and have concluded that the UK government has taxing its citizens into the poor house down to a science++. I can understand a fuel tax on usage of petrol or diesel, however an additional annual road tax just to add more insult to injury is really bad.

I thought this as well but with it being a ponzi scheme it doesn't mean the ones currently paying in will get out the same in future does it?
