Same here Old Mill, I have used them for as many years and found I have had less trouble, reasonable performance, and good backup.

 

It's a good brand, and the company are quick to put things right in the event, without leaving you saw less.

 

 

I think your British dealers might need to teach their NZ compatriots a thing or two. Looks like I'm gonna be without a saw until December.

Do you not get the loan saw there?

I would contact echo and verify if the dealer says no, we do here in uk.:001_smile:

We uploaded to the Echo site for all customers of mine - so I would expect the replacement to be with you next week.

Drain the 2510 of fuel - put it in the box the 280 comes in - and tell us when you are ready for us to pick up. If you can get it to a business address all good - we can't collect on saturdays.
