Did enjoy that ' Out of Town' program back then. Yorkshire Sheperdess more informative now. K

Out of town with Jack Hargreaves was a fantastic program, But i dont think that could be screened in the now mard arse world with have to live in today, Fishing, shooting, ferreting, deer stalking, Fox hunting etc but back then thats what happened in the country side every day and it was how people survived, Amanda Owen is doing a uk tour latter on this year and she is doing a night just up road from me and i think it will be worth a look if it happens,,

Neither are really a version of Countryfile. Ffermio is a proper TV programme for proper farmers. As for Cefn Gwlad, I don't even know how to begin to describe Dai Jones, Llanilar......

A lad who works with me has called it Townie file for many years now


A guy I worked with described it as “ Blue Peter for adults”
