I asume you mean the log splitter?!

Shows how much quicker a processor is, but the splitter is vital for splitting bigger rings, and can still do a good 1-2 cube an hour on the splitter

No sorry I meant on straight 8-12" stuff that processor is rapid!

Is that for yourself I take it?? If so I was just wondering on average how long does it normally take you or any one else on here to process a timber lorry load of wood (I assume you use a processor?)

 

Did a 19 tonne load in a day recently. All oak and good size for the machine with strong helpers. Cant normally manage that much in a day though with most of the wood we see. Usualy work on 12-15 tonne a day

I've never had the time or the man power to set on and do a full load of timber with our Tajfun 400 but with a second pair of hands, the 360 and grab to keep the deck loaded im certain I could do a 25t load in 8 hours with it.

Thinning out some ash at the moment. Lovely autumn weather here in Ireland.

Was out hiring the splitter this weekend. Managed to ring and split all the wood in just under 6 hours, plus wheelbarrowing it to the log store.
