Haix boots are normally good . But have to agree with others that normally split or sole comes of . Depends on were there used .on powerline work .walking through mud pole climbing etc . Or nice garden work

In one sentence you say " normally good " and in the next you say " normally split or sole comes off " Id say they were normally pants . Never had a sole come off or split on bog standard Miendle Wood walkers .

That's rubbish. They sold you the goods . The contract of sale is between you and them . Several European regulations on this. Stand your ground and get your boots replaced. If the second pair is faulty you are entitled to a no quibble refund.

Believe me I tried, even quoting these acts, the woman was so rude and unhelpful. I will never use Buxtons again. I now have to sit in and wait for a courier to collect them from my house!!!

Stand your ground. Don't be part of this problem for other people by rolling over and doing the retailers job for them . Contact management and trading standards. If everybody rolls over then the retailer continually gets away it and it creates a cycle. Someone has to stand up to them.

This page has the name and correspondence address of Linda Buxton hopley. The registered director . Personally I would write her a letter explaining how disappointed you are with her company.

Best way to deal with a problem like is when no joy with monkey go straight to organ grinder to let them know about there employees unless you have been speeking to them.

No, the toe caps wear out first!

Had a pair of haix really comfy but split in same place within 6mth.

Dealer told me they'd just moved manufacturing to Croatia and were no longer taking the leather down to and tucked between sole and insole, think whenever a product becomes really popular standards plummet as demand rises😟
