They should have had a song from Charlie and The Chocolate Factory in movie week.

missed a trick there.

In fairness she is giving it a go, not pulling the sympathy card.

It’s ok, nice looking women, bit of music, bit of Saturday night entertainment I can at least watch with the wife.

Went downhill when Brucey packed it in and they let that clothes-horse Tess host it.

The new mrs oldwoodcutter opened up to me the world of Strictly recently as I’d never seen it before.

I kind of try to join in with her enthusiasm, comments and predictions, but off the record I don’t understand a word of it, nor the rules, and the dancers and so called judges and presenters are all unknown to me.

However she gets her rocks off on it, so I cheerfully try to appear interested.

Be careful with that Mr oldwoodcutter.

I had the same tactic, she wanted to be a dancer as a lass, will dance at any opportunity, loves it. Thought it'd make me look good being interested in it with her, then she started talking about dance classes in Edinburgh (an hour away and there's other people there ffs), when she started mentioning the future occasions where we'd have the opportunity to dance I realised I had to loose interest quickly, I'm really more of a headbanging with the lads type dancer, too self conscious for proper dancing.

Be careful out there!
