Could possibly be wrong but it's possibly down to how many units are sold hence why 395's 3120's ect are still sold as they are not in the range of top selling saws the others don't sell enough saws to have too comply with the regs ?

Iam pretty sure you're right matty , Dolmar have two saws of the same nature the 115 and the 9010

But also if they change them at all then they would have too conform

dolmar usa now there line up is a lot slimmer compared too 5yrs ago :thumbup:

Husqvarna need to be at the cutting edge ( excuse the pun ) of technolgy, there are machine in the range that are ok to 2018, however if you have a machine that can be altered to increase emissions this will become not accetable, we have seen anti tamper caps, anti tamper screws etc, but as we all know people will bypass these, hence auto tune, a non adjustable saw, it starts with the key sector models, but will be rolled out on all new projects, reputable manufacturers have to guarantee there published figures are the same in six months time as they were when the machine was produced, rest assured we will start to see other manufactures doing things to assure there emissions, out German friends already have a fuel injected power cutter on the market, who knows where this technology may appear next.
