Anyone who opens a container of any kind of pasta, soup, hummus or any thing apart from sandwiches, crisps or suchlike is a hippy and to be shunned.

Must get expensive day to day! That's a thick sandwich.

 

I just used to take 2 tins of mackerel in tomato sauce each day. Tasted bad, but was cheap easy protein.

 

A week of viral gastroenteritis put paid to that routine.
