You do and why should you?

That's why I don't like tax credits in the first place

If people were paid a living wage we wouldn't need to.

I'm not moaning for myself here, I'm quite happy to work three days a week. Some people don't have that luxury.

Oh, and the likes of Hodge wouldn't be able to drive new Audi's and ride about on £3k mountain bikes if I didnt.:001_tt2:

What has what I buy got to do with you eggs? Are you jealous or something? And get your facts right first. The Audi is 4 years old and my bike was 4 and a half grand!

How many unemployed do we have in the UK?

The cold hard evidence says that migrants take more from the taxpayer than they contribute.....

50% of Muslim men in the UK are unemployed.....

Are all Muslim men in Britain migrants(immigrants?)? What is your source for your claim about migrants costing more than they bring in please?

This thread is centred around a hard working lady that as had her working tax credits cut. If what she says on the link is true, she goes to work and struggles to make ends meet. Cameron said he would not cut tax credits for these sort of people before the election, then did just that.

God bless you for getting this thread back on track, Eggs.

How it is legal in the first place for DC to receive a large amount of votes on the premise that he will not penalize families who are in work, get elected, and then do the opposite almost immediately once he gets in to power is just ridiculous.

It's fraud in my eyes and it's completely shameful, I would hope the working-poor electorate will punish him for it at the next election.

But then again, aren't we supposed to have kicked them out already on the basis of the Tory's 'contract with the electorate'?

Please see here.

Nothing changes whoever gets in. They all give a bit but take a whole lot more. They are all the same and none of make any beneficial changes

That is a totally simplistic view.

I pretty much agree with it, like.

Just work hard, play hard, look after your family and friends and be nice to people.

You can't do much else anyway, so there's no point worrying about it too much.
