We use various different sources, many of them free, for planning weather critical work in the civil engineering sector. It gets more accurate by the year and if you read more deeply into the subject you appreciate how the people providing the information work with possibly/ nay probably, the most complex system known to humankind.

I'd be interested to know which sources you use? I use a number of online weather forecasts, and they all seem to disagree with each other, and generally bare little resemblance to the actual weather we get!

Reminds me of the weather rock:

If the rock is wet, it's raining.

If the rock is swinging, the wind is blowing.

If the rock casts a shadow, the sun is shining.

If the rock is not visible, it is foggy.

If the rock is white, it is snowing.

If the rock is bouncing, there is an earthquake.

If the rock is under water, there is a flood.

If the rock is warm, it is sunny.

If the rock is missing, there was a tornado.

I predict that there will be periods of cold weather, also a chance of snow but more likely in the New Year.

There will be rain at times and also frosts which may lead to ice on the roads.

There will also be fog at times but there may be bright sunny days in frosty weather. There will also be days when it is just dull and overcast.

There will be Warner days and colder days and windy days and calm days

I think that about covers everything
