Chip proofing your ifor

I've got a ifor williams tipper with the mesh sides.

I want to chip proof it but weighing up options

I could get some ally sheet cut but would be expensive

I know someone who had put another line of mesh for hauling g30 chip but I assume blowing chip in would just blow dust all over the shop,

Any ideas welcome

Thanks

James

You can buy a sheet product called Aluminum Composite Panel. Its main trading name is dibond but other makes are available.

Its a plastic sheet with a paper thin ally sheet each side. It's feather light, neat and tidy and takes signwriting perfectly.

Its light enough and can be cut easily with hand or power tools

Would it take a battering from Woodchip?
