Snap mark. I was looking at the 3 seater one but might go for 2x2 seaters

There good depending on where your planning on paddling , benifits of being able to transport Easyer than rigid kayaks ,but on the sea you notice a massive difference between an inflatable and say a sit on kayak and then if you ever try a proper touring sea kayak there like a speed boat with no water resistance , I'd say if you have an easy way of transporting then a rigid one would be more suitable , but if you want something to wear you mankini in while drifting out on the channel with a can of Stella then the inflatable one will probably do ! :001_smile:

I choose the rigid sit on kayak 2 man and its a belter, should you ever use a inflatable kayak for the job ( you never know ) I don't think they will go well carrying the type of equipment we use .

I have yet to see anyone use a inflatable kayak inshore .

I imagine rigid would be better in every department apart from portability, but I need the option of back-packing it, taking it on a train or chucking it in the boot.

I won't be going out to sea, doing white water or any serious stuff.
