Whats the current state of the industry workwise?

Just putting the feelers out there really. Have had an absolutely manic 2 years now but things do generally seem to be quietening down a little, not enough to cause alarm and its actually a nice respite. Wondering what its like other parts of the country?

Busy here, not enough hours in the day, days in the week.

Slow start to the year - worst of the last three but busier now than last summer. Lot of commercial work seems to be on social housing refurbishments, even new build sites seem to be social housing.

Busy busy, had a slow start but gone manic first six months, rates are the problem for us, there as they were three years ago which means tight margins
