You know, in France, not even the Gypsies give you that kind of verbal.

If we meet another Arb team out it's handshakes and a shared table at the 'ouvrier' restaurant.

Thuggery and intimidation from fellow tradesmen is unimaginable.

Horrible to be subjected to such whilst going about your business.

👍 the way I see it, they might be the guys you need to call on to ask for or offer help to one day.

Spot on Ty, I'm lucky that local firms round here are pretty friendly, and we have a beer now and then, and always wave, apart from one old cock who used to be the main man in the infancy of arb.

He glares and pulls a face like Albert Steptoe. We wave even harder at him!

The dids either glare or act really friendly, depending on numbers. I just look straight ahead., I want nothing to do with them.

Why not phone him up and ask him to come out and give you a price for tree cutting, make some address up.

 

That should wind him up!!

 

 

There was no number or anything, just a local cowboy! He had some wooden ladders and cement on back of tranny!!
