I'm at Centreparcs Woburn Forest in Bedfordshire, set in mainly pine forest.

A large amount of the trees are crazily contorted at about 40', some chucking almost right angles, then straightening up to form normal crowns.

I'll try and grab some pics.

Any ideas why?

Not my choice Al, and I thought it was the worst Centreparcs I had been to.

Holy cow, you've been to others!

Haha!

I vowed never to return and stick with my usual type of holiday.
