Yeah, the tree is in Rainham near the Harvester, priced for a couple of days, did one solid 3 man day on the crown then an afternoon removing the last few bits of top and chogging down to crane height and another today picking off the last bits. What we did today could have been done in an hour or two but my current lack of full time staff means the 'crane operator' was on his first day! So we took things very slow and careful, more or less on time and money.

The Wood is being sold as I don't have a mill. I've been offered about £350 for the two large sections smaller one is 2x1 the second is 1.3 at base and probably about 1 at the thin end and 2.5 long is this about right ?

Good to hear it looks bigger now, some of the earlier comments suggested people had misjudged the size a bit from the pictures.

All together one load of chip (18-20 M3) and the same wagon full of timber and a tt105 load of branch logs
