One of the things I'd be checking next time I but tipper is number of stages in tip ram. My old transit had four, was dream to tip. New one has three, doesn't empty like old one used to. That fourth rod really gets body up right and causes it to empty better in my experience.

You sure its not got a 4th on the new as my last transit didnt tip as far as my first but it turned out it was because you can bolt and unbolt the bolt that touches the sensor by the ram to stop it tipping any further

Will check that. After looking on internet, I thought was just choice between diff rams.

I was wondering what the club cab would look like with a tipper on. i thought that the little curve bit behind the seat might look a little odd but it looks ok.

 

What is the chip capacity in the box? m3
