The doc i've attached is part of a presentation I put together for fountains fleet dept a few years back.

 

Admittedly the prices are geared around a brand new vehicle, but the principle's the same for a cheaper 2nd hand one.

cant you get a machine in & put 100 +,tons of road planings down for hard standing

our yard gets so wet and can only be accessed by 4x4 or tractor, about 2ft of mud at the one end in the winter, and my granddad and I and going to canada on friday for month to see family and what not, so while we are gone my second cousin or some relative like that is going to level out tons large pieces of concrete and large pieces of rubble that we got for free with a 360

Yeah would be nice . Your Boss has a cool 130 but I can think of lots more ways in which to spend 10k .But you are right 130 is my best option .
