a nobel prize would have been nice, always wanted to be buried in Westminster Abbey, or have a statue outside the British Library, like Newton. Still, missed out on the noise of the guns and the smell of the gas, so can't complain

I would probably give tree work a miss as its a lot of hard work for not enough money imo, plus its not like I love climbing trees so I wouldnt miss out on much!

 

I reckon if I put as much effort into another line of business that I have into this one for the last 20 years i would be far better off.

I'm not sure it is.

 

Yes you can see what did happen, but you cannot see what would have happened if you had done things differently.

 

You can surmise and guess about what may have happened had you done this, that or the other, but as those paths were not taken you cannot truly know where they would have lead, IMO

Regrets? I've had a few...., I would change some thing that was out of my control ( death of one of my children) but most of the choices/paths I've taken have worked out for the best
