Sorry to hear you've not been so good and hope you make the best recovery possible given the circumstances. It has been a pleasure working with you and undoubtedly you are one of the best climbers I've had work for us.

Some of you may have noticed my absence from arbtalk lately.

Well having a heart attack and stroke does kind of put you off your.game for a week or two but 5 weeks in hospital and I'm about as cured as I'm going to be. So look out guys I'm back.

Sorry to hear that Andy, I did wonder where you had got to. Rest well mate. Pray that you get a speedy and total recovery.

That's scary biscuits, Andy. Hope your recovery goes well and you find something to keep you challenged in the meantime. You've certainly had the best of luck and care surviving all that. Long may it continue.

Wishing you all the best I like reading your posts. My dad suffered similar and made full recovery but it did take time, he found it frustrating having to take it very steady! Your post has helped me put my emergency hernia op(Feb) into perspective!
