Some of you may have noticed my absence from arbtalk lately.

Well having a heart attack and stroke does kind of put you off your.game for a week or two but 5 weeks in hospital and I'm about as cured as I'm going to be. So look out guys I'm back.

Really good to see you back on here Andy, sounds like you have really been through the ringer!!! You just never know whats round the corner, as they say "life's what happens when your busy making plans"

I had a bad stroke once.

I read somewhere that if a woman has a glass of wine a night it increases the chance of a Stroke. You'll need her to finish the bottle for her to suck it though
